Charles Forest is a self-taught artist, son of a house painter, whose work transcends traditional boundaries, blending mindfulness and the art of presence. Born in Santa Maria, CA, and now residing in Boise, Idaho, Charles’s art draws from his Latinx and Irish heritage. His work is chromatic yet introspective, encouraging viewers to engage with the present moment and deepen their mental well-being.
